Score every account against your own definition of a good fit.
AI Scoring assigns each customer a fit score from 0 to 100 based on preferences your admins set. Score one account or a batch, and work the list in order.
What it does
- A score from 0 to 100: Every customer gets a fit score you can sort and filter on, so a list of hundreds has an obvious place to start.
- Batch or individual: Select one customer or many. Scoring runs as part of profile enrichment, so a fresh import can be scored in one pass.
- Signals you can inspect: Scoring considers company size, whether the company is owned by a larger group, recent positive developments, recent negative developments, and industry keywords.
- Tuned by your admins: Scoring preferences live in Settings → Customer AI Intelligence and can be adjusted at any time as your targeting changes.

Common questions
How does Alano decide the score?
You decide. In Settings → Customer AI Intelligence you describe your sweet spot on each dimension — industry keywords, company size, whether the company sits inside a larger group, recent positive developments, recent negative developments — and set how much each one counts on an importance slider running from Not Important to Critical. Alano researches every account against those sweet spots, scores each dimension out of 10 with its reasoning and a source link, and rolls the result into the 0–100 fit score. There is no weighting of ours underneath it.
Can I change how scoring works?
Yes, and tuning it is the point. Edit the preferences and importance sliders, then re-run scoring as a batch over accounts you already know well. If the scores do not match your own read on who is a good customer, adjust the weighting and run the batch again until they do. Every saved configuration is versioned, so you can see what changed and when.
Can I score many customers at once?
Yes. Select multiple customer profiles and run scoring as a batch; it is applied automatically when profile enrichment is triggered.
