Model the things your business actually tracks.
Custom Objects extend the CRM beyond contacts and deals. Build invoices, purchase orders, KYC forms, bookings or anything specific to your workflow with a drag-and-drop field editor, and link them to the records they belong to.
What it does
- Drag-and-drop object builder: Define the object name, key, description and status, choose which CRM entities it links to, set its visibility and lay out its fields — without writing code.
- Fourteen field types: Text, Long Text, Number, Date, True/False, Select, Multi Select, Status, Tag, User, Group, Stage, Related Object and Related Object (Multiple).
- Connected, not bolted on: Custom objects link to Customers, Contacts, Deals and Tasks, appear inside those records, and can be attached to deals as linked objects.
- AI-generated schemas: Generate Smart Fields with AI proposes a field structure based on the object you are building, which you can edit before publishing.
- Views your team can work in: Each object list supports search, field filters with operators, selectable columns and sorting, configured per object.

Common questions
What can I build with custom objects?
Anything your workflow needs that is not a standard CRM record — invoices, purchase orders, KYC forms, room bookings, transactions, broker records. They stay connected to the customers, contacts and deals they relate to.
Do I need a developer?
No. Objects are built with a drag-and-drop field editor in Settings, and AI can propose a starting field structure that you edit before publishing.
