Getting found in Google — and in AI answers

Hong Kong · founded by Timson Kwok

Attention is the currency. Trafficholic is in the business of getting you some.

Most agencies sell you a channel. Trafficholic starts from a harder question: when someone in Hong Kong goes looking for what you sell — on Google, on Instagram, or increasingly inside ChatGPT — do you come up at all?

Their own way of putting it: without visibility, there is no opportunity to be chosen.

What they actually do

Twelve services, which sort into four jobs:

  • Be findable — SEO, and GEO for AI search
  • Be worth finding — brand story, positioning, rebrands
  • Keep showing up — social management, YouTube, video and animation, KOL partnerships
  • Catch the lead — websites, WhatsApp follow-up, AI chatbots

GEO is the interesting part

GEO — optimising to be cited inside AI-generated answers — is where they have staked their position, and it is the reason they are on this page.

Founder Timson Kwok has worked on it since it emerged, and says he has run seven-figure annual GEO budgets for financial institutions. His argument is blunt: AI search will end up mattering more than Google search, because people increasingly act on the assistant's recommendation instead of clicking through and judging the sources themselves.

If that is right, being absent from AI answers is a worse problem than being on page two.

They also run their models on-premise, so client material does not have to leave for a third-party API to process it.

How the work runs

Five stages, in order:

  1. Direction — who you are for, what you stand for, which traffic sources are worth the effort
  2. Content engine — AI takes the repetitive work, people keep the strategy and the ideas
  3. Channel packaging — one core message, reshaped for social, YouTube and search
  4. Flow design — every piece points at the next step
  5. Data optimisation — keep what works, cut what does not

Where it comes from

Timson built a YouTube channel to roughly 93.7K subscribers and 10M+ views before turning the same method on client accounts across finance, beauty and food. One channel in their published case studies went from 207K to 9.1M views in a year.

Finance degree from City University of Hong Kong, computer science minor — which shows in how much of the pitch is measurement rather than adjectives.
